      Shipping FAQ

      How can I trust the condition of a record without seeing it in person?

      I have 30+ years experience grading records based on Goldmine standards. I visually inspect the record, cover, inserts, and sleeves and play test records upon request. I professionally vacuum-clean every record.

      How much does it cost?

      Shipping rates vary based on location. We use Canada Post exclusively. We only charge for shipping, not handling. Many records we ship end up being $15-$20 in Canada.  Send us your postal code or out-of-country address if you need a quote.

      How long does it take?

      Delivery times vary based on location and the all too common USPS/Canada Post shipping delays. Add 3-4 days for handling as I ship twice a week.

      What if my package gets stolen, or is delivered in bad weather?

      I recommend you register for Flex Delivery with Canada Post and pick up your item at the post office. It’s slightly inconvenient but not as bad as losing a package or having it damaged by the weather.

      Do you ship internationally?

      Zap requires insurance and tracking on all international packages. Please note some countries require import fees.

      What if I get the item and it is damaged?
